I had the ThermiTight procedure done last spring. The local anesthetic worked well. I had no pain during the procedure or post-op! There was no bruising because I kept the dressing on for the prescribed amount of time. The swelling afterward was the only evidence that I had something done. My neck looks much better and I’m very happy with the results.
